UN reform project- summarised version and select committee hearing now available

One of our major projects last year was a highly successful joint venture between the United Nations Association of New Zealand (UNA NZ) and the New Zealand Centre for Global Studies (NZCGS) producing a comprehensive discussion paper on UN reform.

The authors were recently invited to make a presentation made to the Foreign Affairs Defence and Trade Select Committee of Parliament. The presentation FADT Committee went very well. Members engaged seriously and were certainly interested.

As part of this the authors produced a summary of the discussion paper and a summary of the recommendations.
